Saforelle & The Cream Factory

Last month, I had the opportunity to attend a product talk together with my blogger friends at the Because, Inc. HQ. Their place is pretty awesome because it doesn't look like an office at all; more like a place where you can just lounge and relax. The people there also have cool titles like "the executioner" rather than the usual corporate titles. That's really innovative and fun for me. :)

Because, Inc. currently distributes 2 skincare product lines which they introduced to us, these are Saforelle (feminine wash) and The Cream Factory (bath cream and scrub).

We went home with goodie bags containing the said products. I was so excited to try them out that I forgot to take pictures of them prior to using; so sorry about the partially erased labels on the bottles!

The Saforelle feminine wash is manufactured in France and specifically formulated for everyday use so it's definitely safe and can even be used to treat minor skin irritations. If you have sensitive skin, you have nothing to worry about. It's so gentle that even children and babies can use it as body wash and to treat minor rashes. This product is soap-free and paraben-free.

How to use:
Apply a sufficient amount. Lather gently. Rinse thoroughly.

Initial observation:
Clear liquid with semi-thick consistency
Smells kind of herbal but the scent isn't too strong

My thoughts:
Very gentle, no irritations or itchiness

The Cream Factory bath cream: Goat's milk & honey -- germ-killing

Goat milk helps remove dirt and oil without drying out your skin, while honey's antimicrobial properties help kill bacteria and prevent its growth.

This product is free of parabens and other harmful chemicals.

How to use:
Use a loofah or sponge and rub until lather is produced. Rinse well.

Initial observation:
Clear to opaque liquid with semi-thick/creamy consistency
Smells sweet

My thoughts:
Moisturizing, leaves skin soft and supple

I really like how fragrant this product is! The scent even lingers on and lasts the whole day for me. This is my new favorite bath product. Once I tried it, I never switched back to my old one. :)

The Cream Factory scrub-in-a-tub salty: Goat's milk & seaweed -- revitalizing

Goat milk renews your skin through its healing properties and keeps it moisturized. Seaweed is high in vitamins, minerals and amino acids that fight free radicals so you can have that youthful skin.

This product is free of parabens and other harmful chemicals.

How to use:
Scoop out as much as you want. Scrub and rub away all the day's grime. Rinse off with water.

Initial observation:
Off white with salt crystals
Smells like baby powder, fresh and clean

My thoughts:
Exfoliating upon scrubbing but moisturizing as it is rinsed off, leaves skin soft and supple

I like how the product is moisturizing! I expected my skin to be dry after exfoliating but surprisingly, it was soft and supple as if I used the bath cream instead of the scrub but with exfoliating benefits. The smell was nice too. :)

Overall, I'm giving all 3 products 5/5 stars because I do like using them. As I've mentioned in another post, I'm really picky with the products I put on my face and body, so I normally stick to what I'm used to but these products not only look and smell good but they did deliver what they promised. My skin has never felt so good like this in a long time! The products are also called "dessert for the skin" and I felt like it gave my skin a good pamper. I'm glad I got to try them out because I really enjoyed the products. What's even better is they're eco-friendly. You guys should try them out. I really recommend them!
