Green for good luck

Finally! A new outfit post. Here's what I wore during the 1st elimination of Designlab 7. As mentioned in this post, my design was a cross between my aesthetic and Yohji's. Look! Even my friends dressed up according to theme. Thanks Coco, Marvoi, Jadel and Josh for being my Japanese cheerleaders!

With my mom.

With Via! She ended up being the runner-up.

On to my outfit. I stayed away from my Japanese theme and wore something green just because it's the color of the year and I thought it would bring me luck. I guess it did because I made it through round 1. :)

To make the color stand out, I paired my printed skirt with a plain black top and gold jewelry. I topped it off with my printed platform booties which also have hints of green on it to kind of match the skirt. And of course to double the luck. Well, it worked!

Take care everyone!
