Iloilo Designers Week S/S '13 | Day 2

Day 2 of IDW, here we go!

Front to back: Tisha, Josh, Kirk, Earl and Kit

Front row for us bloggers. :)

Showing some skin here. Leg war!

Set 1 (Menswear)

Don Protasio

I'm not really into menswear but I am loving Don Protasio's collection. The unique silhouettes and hemlines are very interesting.

Mike Sorilla

You all know how I'm obsessed with cutouts so this definitely deserves a big thumbs up from me. I like how cutouts can be so versatile; it looks good both on men and women. It gives off a hint of sexiness without showing much.

Dauson Bermtay

The quirky prints and pops of yellow are so fresh! It's a perfect marriage between preppy and casual cool.

I am loving this baroque print!

Peer Lynelle Banas

Color and print. This collection screams fun and playful.

Set 2

SM Department Store

Some of my favorites from the collection:

Set 3 (Grand allure)

Edgar Jaranilla

Lace and sheer is still a common trend and from what I've seen, it's not leaving anytime soon. ;)

Edwin Autencio

This collection is very Japanese. I like the intricate details such as the cuts and sheer on the sides. The headpieces were also great touches.

Exposed undies. Interesting. ;)

Doddie Vril Tan

This collection is very dark and goth. There's just something sexy about lace and the color black. :)

I like the front and back details!

The sheer bottoms add more drama to the ensembles.

My favorite from this collection worn by THE Ria Bolivar. This dress is pure perfection.

Totong Gellangarin

As I've mentioned earlier, I'm always into interesting cuts and details. This dress is no exception. :)

Aside from the details, I also like the color of this dress.

A modern twist on our native Filipiniana.

The final walk.

Stay tuned for Day 2 off the runway photos!
