It Blogger Aimee Song is SM Makati’s New Brand Ambassador

Now who doesn’t know Aimee Song, the blogger behind Song Of Style? I’ve been reading her blog since she started in 2008 and hers is one of the few that I religiously follow which made me start my own blog (yup, this one you're reading now) in 2009.

I was invited to attend the press event of Aimee Song’s collaboration with SM Makati where I saw a blogger friend whom I met at another event about a year ago. Thanks Momo and Jel for having me!

The LA-based blogger has accumulated a great following on social media over the years but what makes Aimee stand out from the rest of today’s influencers is her accessible but aspirational sense of style. She is part of Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list for 2016, has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Women’s Wear Daily, Vogue Spain, among many others, has guest edited Korean Vogue, and has always been (always seated in front row) at the most exclusive fashion events.

Her fun, easy-going, colorful and a mix and match of styles make her the perfect brand ambassador for SM Makati. This is something the stylish working girls in Makati’s Central Business District can relate to. Having a job outside blogging as an interior designer makes her relatable to her blog followers; they see her as a real person and not as a supermodel or a celebrity.
